Macapa residence:                                                Los Angeles, 2008

A 3000 square foot residential renovation for a successful Los Angeles fashion
designer, hovering the Hollywood hills over looking Mulholland Drive.  The existing
house is gutted from inside out, chopping off half of the existing roof from rear
and rearrange programmatic requirement while challenging new ideas.  The new is
violently piercing through the house from front to back with adding a new twist to
a traditional 1950 homes in the neighborhood.  The result is a fluidity of space,
minimalist form, and multi-functional programs.
